Volunteer Opportunities at Dublin VAMC

Volunteer Greeters These volunteers greet outpatients at the Information Desk and escort them to their appointments.

Sewing Volunteers These volunteers mend patient clothing each Tuesday morning.

Bedside Visitor Volunteer These volunteers are assigned to Recreation staff members to visit patients at their bedside and play games, assist with painting or putting together models.

Coffee Program These volunteers provide coffee to outpatients in Primary Care.

DAV Tranportation Network These volunteers transport veterans to and from the medical center for their scheduled appointments.

Admission Kit Distribution Volunteer These volunteers provide addmission kits to new admissions and stock the nurses station with comfort items for the patients.
